Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
(Training on 1st shift for the first two weeks: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

About the Role

We’re hiring Mechanically Trained Operators (MTOs) to join our 3rd shift production team in a high-speed baking and packaging facility located in Oak Creek, WI.
This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor high-speed packaging and production equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance and adjustments (belts, seals, fasteners, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Conduct inspections, lubrication, and cleaning to maintain optimal equipment performance.
• Document production, downtime, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Follow all OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic repairs or adjustments.
• English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable team player.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $24.90/hr  $3.00/hr 3rd shift premium
• $1,000 Hiring Bonus – paid in $250 quarterly installments
• Annual Incentive Bonus: 5% of base pay (based on individual, department, and company performance)
• Full benefits package
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule with limited overtime and no regular weekends
