Position SummaryThe Job Site Assistant provides essential support for job site preparation, execution, and daily cleanup. This role contributes to the efficiency and success of field operations by maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring work areas are safe and organized, and assisting skilled trades as needed. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, and operational condition.Follow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage and job site preparation requirements.Perform daily job site cleanup to maintain an organized and hazard-free work environment.Assist with job site preparation, work execution, and cleanup as directed.Perform demolition and surface preparation using jackhammers, pickaxes, shovels, and other tools.Support skilled trades as needed, including masonry, carpentry, plumbing, tile work, yard work, and general building or vehicle cleanup.Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as required.
