Pride & Joy is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented cleaner to join our special team part-time. If you take pride in your work and enjoy seeing the immediate results of a job well done, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain homes to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Tackle deep cleaning tasks including some floor scrubbing and surface restoration.
- Perform routine upkeep to keep spaces looking their best.
- Organize and declutter areas to maximize functionality.
- Properly care for and maintain all cleaning equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in cleaning or a related hands-on field preferred
- Physically capable and comfortable with active, on-your-feet work
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- $20/hr starting pay with a clear path to $25/hr as you grow in the role
- Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with select Fridays. Great for work life balance

Pride & Joy is a small private niche cleaning company serving the Charles St. corridor from Roland Park to Ruxton with a few homes outside that route. We have been in business for 36 years and have a rich history with Baltimore families. Our camaraderie is friendly and we try to have as much fun as time allows while still taking what we do serious. We love our families and they love us!!
