Duties:
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to youth with physical or developmental disabilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational and recreational activities
- Help youth develop life skills and promote positive behavior
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for youth
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and inclusive environment
- Facilitate conflict management and resolution among youth
- Monitor and document the progress and behavior of assigned youth
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with youth
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for working with vulnerable populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Pay: $16.50 - $19.70 per hour
