The BDC Manager works closely with the Sales Managers and Sales team and must be comfortable handling outbound and inbound phone and internet leads. Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring and training BDC staff
- Monitoring CRM for maximum conversion
- Assist in handling incoming internet leads and phone calls and setting appointments
- Follow up with leads daily and ensure BDC staff is actively following up
- Generate new leads through email campaigns
- Work directly with sales team and managers to generate sales traffic and close deals
- Oversee website elements are in place to ensure maximum conversion
