Medical Assistant

Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility, located in Seattle, WA 98104. This is a 6 month contract assignment (Possibility of extention or Conversion). and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

• Job title: Medical Assistant
• Location: Seattle, WA 98104.
• Duration: Contract
• Pay: $25 - $29. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
• Shift: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4pm.

Specific Duties:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, height, weight).
• Verify medications, allergies, and medical history; update EMR.
• Complete patient intake and review required paperwork.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect/label specimens.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms; maintain supplies.
• Document patient information accurately and ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Current, Washington State Medical Assistant Certification/ Registration (MA-C is required).
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
