Position OverviewThe Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the organization, providing exceptional patient care while performing blood draws and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to build patient trust.Assignments may vary and can include a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.
