Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-quality radiographic imaging procedures following established protocols.
- Ensure the safety, physical, and physiological comfort of patients during all imaging procedures.
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor imaging workflow and coordinate daily procedures efficiently.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver optimal diagnostic outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all departmental and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in radiology services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiography (required)
- NJ State RT License (required)
- ARRT Certification (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
- 1–3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (required)
- Strong knowledge of imaging equipment setup, utilization, and care
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and clinical practices
