Pride Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a leading healthcare organization in Kansas City, KS.

Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25 per hour on W2
Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruitment efforts for a leading healthcare organization. This role is primarily remote but requires candidates to reside within the Kansas City metro area and be available for onsite meetings, training, or business needs as required. The position is highly focused on candidate outreach, screening, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and initial phone interviews.
- Manage high-volume candidate communication and phone outreach.
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned openings.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and documentation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment teams throughout the hiring process.
- Assist other Talent Acquisition Consultants with workload and recruiting initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience required.
- Experience in screening candidates and conducting phone interviews.
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Healthcare recruiting experience.
- Experience utilizing Workday ATS.
- Staffing agency or sourcing background.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within the Kansas City metro area.
- Ability to attend onsite orientation and training during the first week.
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone-based recruiting activities.
- No weekend, holiday, floating, or on-call requirements.
- Nicotine-free facility.
- Candidate must be available to start ASAP.
