Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to coordinate recruitment activities for clinical and allied health business lines. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial strategy meetings with hiring managers to negotiating final job offers—ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Collect requisitions, screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, in-person, and digital), and manage candidate dispositions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Lead strategy meetings to clarify position requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive and active candidates via internal media, external agents, job fairs, and campus events.
- Offer Management: Conduct research on internal equity, recommend offer details, and handle negotiations and rejections.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate applicant data and records in accordance with company policy and federal/state employment laws.
Requirements
Experience & Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional work experience; experience in recruitment and familiarity with multiple skill sets is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
