Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)
Duration: 3 Months with high possibility of extension
Pay Range: $35/hr - $38/hr
Required: 2 years Sterile Processing Instrument experience
Certification: CRCST, CBSPD/IAHCSMM/HSPA
Education: High School Diploma
Duties:
Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
Prepare and assemble instrument trays and surgical sets
Operate sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washers, sterilizers)
Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, and proper functioning
Required Skills:
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control practices
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to operate sterilization equipment safely
Understanding of surgical instruments and medical terminology
