Job Title: Behavioral Health Tech/ Social Worker
Location: Watonga, OK 73772
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Possible Extension
Schedule: Day’s | 5 × 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $2250-$2500/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and level of functioning.
- Provide individual counseling, mental health treatment, and crisis intervention services.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and evaluations accurately in health care records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive clinical information and records.
- Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques appropriately when providing treatment.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide timely and appropriate mental health support to address the needs of inmates.
- Perform all duties in accordance with facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable position.
- Must hold an unrestricted, independent clinical license in the applicable state of practice. Accepted licenses include:

- LMFT
- LCMFT
- LIMFT
- LISW
- LMHC
- LPCC
- LSCSW
- BLS certification required.
