Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator (LPC / LCSW / LMFT)

Location: Eden, Texas

Pay Rate: $2,220/week

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift (5x8s)

Schedule: 40 hours/week (Auto Offer Position)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Coordinator to provide non-medical clinical mental health services in a structured setting. This role focuses on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling services to support patient mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including:
• At least 2 years in a similar role
• Strong experience in:
• Mental health screenings
• Clinical assessments
• Counseling and treatment planning

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
• Experience with crisis intervention and behavioral health management
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
