The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry and has opening of Logistics / Supply Chain III (Six Sigma Project Manager) in DeKalb, IL
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Six Sigma Project Manager to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives within a dynamic operational environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution from scoping through delivery while applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Additional Details:
Pay range: $55 to $ 60/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length: 8 Months with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) principles
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time execution
- Conduct process analysis, audits, and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive improvements in logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable results
- Support implementation and optimization of automation technologies (AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, WMS)
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong project management and execution discipline with a track record of delivering results
- Hands-on experience in automated warehouse or distribution environments
- Familiarity with AGVs, robotics, conveyor systems, and WMS platforms
- Solid background in quality, inspection, and operational excellence practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
