Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Pride Health is hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our client’s medical facility based in Linden, NJ. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Linden, NJ

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Pay Range/Salary Range: $18 - $20

Contract Duration: 3 months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload and inspect incoming shipments
• Process and store materials accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Label, stage, and load outgoing shipments
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Report discrepancies and short-dated materials
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and cleanup

Requirements:

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Good communication skills (English)

Work Environment:

• Temperature-controlled warehouse
• Safety shoes required (steel toe, lace-up)
