Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high quality, patient-centered care in the Olympia area and surrounding communities. This position focuses on delivering skilled nursing services in patients’ homes while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and productivity expectations.
Schedule & Work Details
- Location: Olympia, WA and surrounding areas
- Shift: Day shift
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points
- Pay Rate: $51 to $53 per hour
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: Not required
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, reimbursed between patient visits only, not from home to first patient or last patient to home
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Accurately document all visits, assessments, and care provided using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and post-care instructions
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year Home Health experience
- Hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

- Prior experience in a fast-paced home health environment

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and home environments
