Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join a high-volume Diagnostic Radiology team supporting inpatient, emergency/trauma, surgical, and outpatient imaging services. You will work alongside experienced clinical professionals and never be scheduled alone.
This is an excellent opportunity for new grads and experienced techs to gain exposure to advanced imaging environments including Level 1 Trauma, Surgery, and portable imaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging exams primarily for inpatients, with some outpatient exams
- Conduct imaging for emergency and Level 1 trauma patients
- Utilize fluoroscopy with C-Arm in surgical/sterile environments
- Perform portable imaging at bedside and within the department
- Collect patient medical history and educate patients about procedures
- Follow provider instructions for imaging areas and techniques
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging techniques across special populations (pediatrics, elderly, debilitated patients)
- Collaborate with providers to determine if additional imaging is required
- Document imaging using EPIC and PACS

- Carestream, GE, and Philips imaging equipment
- OEC Surgical imaging equipment
- Multiple portable units and advanced surgical imaging systems (C-Arms & O-Arms)

- 5 inpatient diagnostic rooms | 6 portable units | Panorex unit
- Dedicated emergency and trauma imaging rooms
- 11 C-Arms and 2 O-Arms in surgery
- On-campus outpatient imaging with 3 rooms
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- IEMA License (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Open to new graduates and technologists with 1 year experience
- Strong patient communication and positioning skills
Additional Details
Compensation: $27.25–$35.67/hr
Shift Differentials: $2.75 Nights | $2.50 Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case (discussed during interview)
