Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Baltimore Md 21228
Job Details:
Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm (Mon-Fri) Every
other weekend
Location: Baltimore Md 21228
Job Type: local contract
Contract Length: 06 Months
Pay Range: $18-$20/hr. on w2
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred.
- Strong venipuncture and specimen processing skills.
- Excellent patient service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Keyboarding and data-entry experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if applicable.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations and work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime .
