Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our client's growing Home Health team.
Compensation:
Local Pay: $38.00 - $44.00/hour (W-2)
Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,000/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)*
Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ, 08234
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No
Coverage Areas: Atlantic county
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Mon to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04 :30 PM
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? yes
Key Responsibilities:
- Following the plan of care, instructs and aids patients in evidence-based treatment within the scope of the physical therapist.
- Provide skilled home health physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist (PT), implement individualized exercise and treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and document all visits accurately while meeting a productivity expectation of 30 points per week.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising PT to communicate patient status, assist with ongoing assessments and plan of care implementation, educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercises, and maintain timely, compliant documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) across the assigned care center coverage area.

Type of certification required: PTA license
Dress code/scrub color: Preferred color is Navy, but as long as scrubs are clean and professional looking ok.
