Pride Health is hiring a PSC Greeter to support our client’s medical facility based in Tampa, FL 33626. This is a 4-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Position: PSC Greeter
Location: Tampa, FL 33626
Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM (Rotating Saturdays)
Duration: 4 months (possible extension)
Pay: $17.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, assist with kiosk check-ins, and provide front desk support.
- Handle customer inquiries, insurance info, and basic data entry.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure accurate order processing.
- Answer phones professionally and assist with supply stocking.
- Support overflow during peak hours; may be cross-trained as PSR I.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience
- Basic PC/data entry skills; medical terminology a plus
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
