Pride Health is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a leading healthcare organization in Faribault, MN. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or permanent hire.

📍 Location: Faribault, MN 55021

💲 Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

📅 Duration: 3 Months Contract

🕒 Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM CST

• Rotating Weekends: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

• Rotating Holidays: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures.

• Label, centrifuge, process, and prepare specimens for testing.

• Verify patient information and ensure accurate specimen identification.

• Utilize both straight and butterfly needles proficiently.

• Package and prepare specimens for transport.

• Maintain quality standards and comply with laboratory procedures.

• Update patient information and complete required documentation.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of specimens according to testing requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience.

• Strong specimen processing and patient interaction skills.

• Experience with venipuncture, specimen handling, and laboratory procedures.
