Role: Phlebotomist I
Location: Poulsbo, WA 98370
Available shift:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $22.30 - 28.30/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
- Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Verify patient demographics and ensure specimen labeling accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and required records.
- Follow all established safety, compliance, and quality procedures.
- Provide professional and compassionate patient interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection procedures
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- 6 Months of phlebotomy experience
- Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
