Pride Health is hiring a “Phlebotomy – Phlebotomist II” to support our client’s medical facility-based “Rome GA 30165, This is a 4-5-months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Rome GA 30165

Pay rate: $20.30 -$22.60/hr

Duration: 4-5 months with possible extension

Shift: Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Friday 8:00am-12:00pm EST

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience:

• 3 year of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
