Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Suwanee, GA! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: Phlebotomist II
Location: Suwanee, GA 30024
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (EST)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $18 - 21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all daily phlebotomy activities accurately and efficiently under the supervision of the area supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following established procedures.
- Verify patient identification and ensure all specimens are labeled accurately in the patient’s presence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Promote organizational commitment, professionalism, and a positive image to patients and clients.
- Provide excellent patient care and communication, ensuring comfort and trust during specimen collection.
- Travel and provide coverage across multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office locations as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety, Dress Code, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience – Required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
