Schedule: Eastern Standard 6am - 4pm including weekends
Location: Boca Raton, FL

Contract Length: 19 Week/s
Pay : $22.79/hr to $24.41/hr
Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.

Responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens safely and accurately while providing excellent patient service. This is a floater position requiring travel between multiple patient service centers and physician offices based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
Verify patient demographics and confirm specimen labels with patients after collection.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, confidentiality, and patient safety.
Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.
Travel between assigned sites, arrive on time, and cover locations as scheduled.
Follow company policies, safety standards, dress code, and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Strong phlebotomy, organizational, and customer service skills.
Keyboard and data-entry experience.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable personal transportation and a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and multiple locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical assistant or paramedic training.
Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
At least 2 years of patient service center experience.
Retail or service industry customer service experience.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional Requirements
Must be punctual, dependable, and available for scheduled shifts in their entirety.
Excessive absenteeism or tardiness may result in termination.
Mileage reimbursement is available for travel between work locations only, not from home to work.
Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.
