Salary: $85,488 – $128,232 annually ($41.10 – $61.65/hour)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Evening Shift (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Full-Time Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor with a strong Blood Bank/Transfusion Services background to lead laboratory operations and ensure compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, Medical Technology, or equivalent
• MLS (ASCP) or MT certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of technical laboratory operations experience
• Strong Blood Bank leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of FDA, AABB, CAP, and Joint Commission regulations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations
• Ensure quality, compliance, and accreditation standards
• Lead and develop laboratory staff
• Manage budgets and operational performance
• Implement process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert
