Hiring: Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Behavioral Health
Location: New Hampshire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Some Saturdays Required)
Salary: $34.14 – $51.21/hour
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Behavioral Health to join a growing healthcare team in New Hampshire. This role combines clinical leadership with direct patient care and care coordination responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of medical office experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical support staff activities
- Triage patient calls and manage prescription refills
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient education and care coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Support high-quality patient care and office operations
