RN – Pediatrics | Travel Contract | Bronx, NY
Contract Dates: 06/08/2026 – 09/12/2026
Shift Options:
Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Travel Compensation Upto:
▪️ $2,800 weekly gross approx (local also available)
Requirements:
▪️ Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Rehab experience in a large acute care hospital
▪️ Strong skills in:
• Physical assessment
• Medication administration
• IV therapy
• Telemetry monitoring
• Post-operative care
• Patient education
▪️ NYS RN License Primary Source Verification
▪️ AHA BLS required
▪️ Associate Degree in Nursing required
▪️ EPIC EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
✔️ Delivering direct bedside nursing care to pediatric patients
✔️ Administering medications and treatments
✔️ IV starts, catheter insertions, wound care & infection control
✔️ Monitoring vitals and reporting changes in patient condition
✔️ Collaborating on discharge planning and interdisciplinary care
✔️ Educating patients and families on treatments and post-care instructions
✔️ Maintaining accurate EMR documentation and patient records
