Patient Services Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Service Center- Greeter to support our client’s medical facility, based in Rockville Centre, NY 11570

This is a 4 months contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: PSC Greeter

Location: Rockville Centre, NY 11570

Schedule: M-F 6:30-1:30pm Sat 7-11:30am (40hrs/week)

Pay Range: $16.50 - $20 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers/patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Support kiosk check-in and ensure accurate data entry
• Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and patient order verification
• Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, faxing, mailing, data entry)
• Follow company policies, procedures, and HIPAA compliance
• Maintain supplies and complete required training
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Comfortable using an iPad

Education & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
