Job Title: Arabic Patient Services Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10032
W2 pay: $25/hr - $30/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start date: 04/27/2026
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary coordinator for international patients
Manage end-to-end patient journey (referrals, appointments, treatment plans, follow-ups)
Coordinate with physicians, hospital staff, and financial teams
Arrange travel, lodging, and logistics for patients
Provide Arabic-English interpretation during visits
Maintain patient records and handle patient concerns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare, Business, or related field)
3–5 years in patient services, healthcare, hospitality, or public-facing roles
Fluency in Arabic & English (required)
Medical interpreter certification (if performing interpretation)
Strong communication and cross-cultural skills
