Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator (Arabic Speaking)
Location: New York, NY 10032
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks with a strong possibility of further extension
Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30 – $35/hr
Job Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients, coordinating all aspects of their care journey—from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up—while delivering a high level of culturally sensitive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care from referral to post-discharge follow-up
- Act as liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital departments
- Schedule appointments and manage treatment plans
- Assist with travel, lodging, and logistics for international patients
- Provide real-time Arabic interpretation during visits and services
- Support financial coordination and communication with embassies/insurers
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation (IPRS system)
- Address patient concerns and ensure a high-quality service experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare, Business, or related field)
- 3–5 years of patient services or healthcare experience
- Fluency in English & Arabic (required)
- Medical interpretation certification (Arabic)
- Strong communication and cross-cultural skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
