Pride Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support our client’s medical facility in Topeka, Kansas. This is a 26-week contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and provide OT care throughout the day
- Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with PTs for optimal patient workflow.
- Assist with late joint replacement cases on a rotational basis (last patient seen by 5:00 PM; shift ends by 6:30 PM at the latest).
- Document patient care and ensure billable OT services after 48 hours.
- Provide safe care for acutely ill patients, including transfers with lines and drains.
Requirements:
- OT License (KSBHA) required, NBCOT preferred.
- BLS within 90 days if not already held.
- Bachelor’s degree in OT.
- Epic experience preferred.
Additional Information:
Location: Topeka, Kansas.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Range: $55/hr to $67/hr
Start: 06/22
