- Contact medical facilities, copy services, applicants, and clients to obtain Attending Physician Statements.
- Prepare and distribute medical record requests.
- Download, review, sort, and file medical records.
- Distribute records to clients and process related payments.
- Prepare authorizations and special authorizations.
- Create FedEx labels and prepare documents for mailing.
