Requirements:
- 2 yrs timekeeping exp
- HS diploma/GED (required)
- Must have thorough knowledge of office equipment & supplies & typing of at least 60wpm gained through
- Good organizational, oral & written communication skills
Duties:
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
