Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician (MLT) for a travel assignment at a stroke-certified hospital. This role involves performing routine and complex laboratory testing on patient specimens while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Schedule
- Shift: 5x8 Days
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shifts per Week: 5
- Total Weekly Hours: 40
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory analyses on blood, body fluids, and other specimens
- Follow established lab procedures and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
- Prior hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
