Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Full-Time, Direct Hire)
Location: White Plains, NY
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 13 shifts/month, every 3rd weekend, holidays included
Salary: $117,695 – $152,756 per year full benefits and retirement plan
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Labor & Delivery RN to join our fast-paced, high-acuity unit. This is a direct hire, full-time position with opportunities to care for high-risk OB patients, assist with C-sections, and provide comprehensive maternal care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, including full assessments and exams
- Scrub and assist with C-sections performed on the unit
- Manage high-risk OB patients and antepartum patients on the OB side
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with patients and families
- Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses, scrub techs, and other staff
- Float to OB or nursery as needed (without primary patient assignments)
Qualifications:
- BSN required
- Current RN license in NY
- ACLS and NRP required; RN-C preferred
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Experience in high-risk OB, labor & delivery, and C-section assistance
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
