Information Technology Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager (Infrastructure / Cybersecurity) – Hybrid

Location - Rochester, Minnesota, United States

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, with a strong focus on network segmentation projects. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of medium to high complexity IT projects
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive network segmentation initiatives across multiple phases (planning, enforcement, validation, transition)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Security, Network Engineering, Telecom, and vendors
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure timely mitigation and escalation
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting
• Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security standards, and best practices
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including milestones, metrics, and decision logs
• Manage project budgets (up to $1M) and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
• Support transition to steady-state operations, including change management and ownership alignment

• Strong stakeholder management skills in regulated environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to leadership
• Experience with project dashboards and reporting tools
• PMP certification preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of IT project management experience

OR

• Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing IT and/or healthcare-related projects
• Proven experience leading projects using PMI frameworks

Work Environment

• Hybrid role (approximately 50% remote)
• Must be available to work onsite as required
