Summary

Experienced Workday professional responsible for Core HCM configuration, Security design, and Integrations, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and Security (roles, domains, business processes)
• Design and support integrations using Workday Studio and Orchestration
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues; perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to implement solutions
• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practice standards
• Test, deploy, and document system configurations and changes
• Provide user support, training, and guidance
• Participate in system enhancements and Workday projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of Workday HCM experience
• Strong expertise in Security configuration and Integrations
• Knowledge of Business Process Framework and Domain Security Policies
• Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Workday reporting and calculated fields

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Workday Pro Certification in Core HCM and Security (required)
