Job Title - Physical Therapist
Job Type: Contract
Location- Kingwood, WV, and surrounding counties
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm/ 40 hrs/ week (arrive by 7:45)
Pay - $54 -$56/ hr on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Physical Therapist to join our team. This role is focused on performing high-volume blood draws in a clinical setting while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accurate specimen collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in home health and hospice settings
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and care plans
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Travel within assigned coverage area to patient homes
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license - West Virginia
- Home health experience (required)
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Hospice care experience
