Home Health Nurse

Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Gallipolis, Ohio.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 32-40 Hours/Week |

On-Call/Weekend: Rotating call with other RN, 1 week per month

Location: Gallipolis, OH; Coverage areas: Athens, Meigs, and Gallia Counties.

Mileage reimbursed: Yes

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 14 Week/s

Pay Range: $52-$54/Hour

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Complete OASIS assessments and manage patient admissions.

• Perform patient discharges, recertifications, and resumption of care visits.

• Provide skilled wound care, including wound vac management.

• Manage PICC line care and perform routine home health visits.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.

• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation and follow-up.

Requirements:

• License(s): Current Ohio RN license or Compact RN license

• Certification(s): BLS

• Years of experience: 1

• Skills/Specialties/Technology: OASIS experience preferred; Wound care experience preferred.
