Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in Cottonwood/Sedona, AZ! (Contract)
Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, on-call rotation
Contract: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Skilled RN visits in home setting including but not limited to assessment, oasis documentation, wound care, disease process management teaching and education, medication management, PICC Lines, central lines, catheters, drain care, infusions, lab draws
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current active RN license
- BLS
- Proficient with OASIS, HCHB experience
