Pride Health is seeking a Home Health/Hospice RN for one of our clients in Kanawha County, WV! (Contract)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-4:30pm, On-call every third weekend and one additional day per week
Contract: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient care/case management for home health patients in the field.
- OASIS visits
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current active RN license
- BLS
- Proficient with OASIS, HCHB experience
