Greeter/ Entry Level Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring a Greeter to support our client’s medical facility based in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. This is a 6 months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Name: Greeter/Entry Level Phlebotomist

Location : Pinecrest, FL 33156

Duration : 06 months Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Shift : Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Payrate : $17.75/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to handle patients with care and compassion while assisting with check ins in the lobby through either a self-service kiosk or handheld tablet
• Be willing to learn Phlebotomy skills when there is downtime or breaks that need to be covered
• Once Phlebotomy skills are obtained, to perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS ARE REQUIRED - this is critical to the heart of the role

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED

Work Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of client facing customer service REQUIRED (Retail, Home Health Aide, etc).

Prior Phlebotomy experience is NOT required

Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

This is a "Front of House" role that will also train the candidate on Phlebotomy skills. If your candidate is not willing to learn/perform Phlebotomy, do not submit them
