Remote Epic Resolute HB Systems Analyst – Contract Opportunity
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
No Weekends
Required Qualifications:
- Epic Resolute HB Administration Certification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Experience supporting, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency with Epic HB General Ledger
- Experience working with Collections Vendors
- BA/BS in Information Systems or Business
- Additional IT Certifications
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Epic applications
- Troubleshoot application issues and system failures
- Participate in upgrades, testing, implementations, and maintenance
- Develop and modify reports based on user needs
- Monitor application performance and resolve issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal customers and IT teams
- Ensure quality control before releases and enhancements
