Job Name: Administration - Admin, Records and Compliance Coordinator
Location : Lenexa KS 66219
Duration : 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00 pm
Payrate : $18 - 23.00/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and organize incoming boxes and records for storage.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and long-term storage vendors.
- Maintain, organize, and update departmental records, contracts, and files.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PHI requests, PHIT database entry, and privacy-related auditing and monitoring.
- Assist in the deployment and tracking of compliance initiatives, including annual compliance requirements.
- Document and track employee completion of required compliance forms and activities.
- Review and process test order requests and prepare custom requisitions as needed.
- Provide general administrative and departmental support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of PHI handling, PHIT database use, and privacy auditing/monitoring.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create, manage, and upload documents in SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Power BI.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Business or Science
