Data Entry Clerk

Pride Health is hiring a Data Entry Operator to support our client’s medical facility in White Plains, NY. This is a 6 months with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: White Plains, NY 10604

Pay Rate: $20 -$25/hour on W2.

Shift: Mon - Fri 2nd Shift (Flexible)

Duration: 6 months

*Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter patient test requests and billing information accurately into computer systems.
• Review and verify data received from clients to ensure accurate billing.
• Sort, organize, and process laboratory requisition forms.
• Follow established data entry procedures and instructions under supervision.
• Maintain daily production records and support quality assurance audits.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Identify data discrepancies and refer complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Handle client documents in various formats while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Education & License

• 2 years of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Accurate typing, Microsoft Word and Excel, and general computer proficiency.
• Medical terminology, laboratory information systems, billing knowledge, and previous data entry experience.
