Pay: $65-70/hr
Shift: Night Shift (5x8 hours) | 12:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, maintain imaging standards, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and radiographic imaging procedures as per physician orders
- Administer contrast media in accordance with state regulations and protocols
- Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EPIC experience preferred)
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Active New York State DOH License in Radiography (must be in hand at submission)
- ARRT (CT) Certification required
- Certification to administer contrast media (NY State requirement)
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and patient safety protocols
