Psychologist – Clinic |Leavenworth KS (Travel)

Location: Leavenworth KS

Setting: Correctional/Clinic

Shift: 5x8 Days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 27 Weeks (Initial 6-Month Assignment)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Must-Have Requirements

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD)
• Current, unrestricted Psychologist license in the state of practice
• Must be Board Eligible at minimum to qualify for privileges
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a comparable role
• Valid Driver's License
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must live more than 70 miles from the facility (No locals accepted)

Job Duties

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and mental health treatment
• Perform rounds in segregation/confined housing areas
• Provide crisis intervention services
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, medical staff, and security personnel
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress
