Job Title: Travel Oncology Pharmacist – Infusion Center
Location: Gold Beach, Oregon
Pay Rate: $4,126/week (Increased rate – must meet all requirements)
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Start Date: June 2026
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oncology Pharmacist to support an oncology infusion setting. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective delivery of chemotherapy and infusion therapies.
Shift & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Additional Requirements:
- Weekend rotation
- Holiday rotation
- On-call participation
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and review oncology medication orders
- Prepare and dispense chemotherapy medications
- Perform hazardous drug compounding in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient care
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety guidelines for oncology pharmacy practice
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and order verification
Required Qualifications
- PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) required
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh)
- Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Current experience in an oncology hospital or infusion center setting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Chemotherapy medication preparation
- Hazardous drug compounding
Additional Requirements

- Strong clinical knowledge of oncology medications and protocols
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
