Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday
- Sunday: 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Monday–Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for performing a full range of laboratory testing and analysis, including work in all areas of the lab with proficiency in blood bank operations. The role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic results in support of patient care.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Grandfathered NYS Licensed CLT (if applicable)
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required)
- Proof of grandfathering exception (if applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)
Preferred Certifications:
- ASCP Specialty Certification (issued by New York State)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic laboratory testing across all lab sections
- Maintain proficiency in blood bank procedures
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with lab standards
- Operate laboratory equipment and document results accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for timely reporting of results
Compensation:
- Total Weekly Pay: $2,337.00 (including $1,337.00 stipend)
